Any time I try to launch it says invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference and I dont know how to fix this issue

Been wanting this game for a while. Is this game on consoles too? I know some of the other titles are.
Hey, so I can start and run the game just fine but when I get to the part where Jack goes outside, I start to have issues. After the scream noise plays and I interact with the door to go outside, I just get a black screen that I have to restart my computer to get rid of. Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
you have to wait until the scream and the lights go out. i had this issue with the halloween version of this game with michael myers, and i realized that was the issue. i had it too!

how can I get rid of static i cant see the text
Can someone tell me how to load the save game on PC, I'm having trouble loading the saved VHS tape and it's always says it's empty!
Is there any way to fix or get rid of the static from in game and menu? I'm unable to read text due to the vhs static or wtv and I also can't change from VHS to DVD or anything like that

YOu save by obtaining the vhs tape in the study/office on the first floor. The door is by the kitchen. You insert the VHS tape in the VCR to save

Whenever I try to start the "acknex" program I get a fatal engine error saying "Problem with WDL script"
It's a fun, short homage to Halloween and other classic slashers. The controls are cumbersome and annoying, though obviously I think some of this is intentional in its design. Worth a play-through, and they do some cool things with camera and splitting the frame at a certain point that really feels cool. Beyond that, I'm sure they've expanded beyond this early entry in both creativity and quality.
I'm trying to stream the game to my friend over discord but every time I start streaming it the game closes, and I have no idea why- is there any way to work around this?

i will assume you have windows, I will asume the "it has virus" is that blue screen where you have to click on "more" and then install it.

Here's an original horror game idea!
You know how there's always monsters or psycopathic adults that occasionaly murder children in horror games. Well, how about we reversed those 2 roles? I would call this "Kid massacre", and it would consist of children murdering people (including you) as you try to escape and find out what caused this. It would be a game in PSX graphics like always.

The game will load up in that small box but wont actually open. I followed the troubleshooting and installation guide. Im on windows 11 btw.

I used to be all about graphics being extremely picky. Because of PC that changed, I got my first laptop and PC was all i knew horror wise online.
The AMD Graphics Drivers have this black lines bug. I'm using rx 6600 xt (yeah overkill but is what i have xD).
